Arabic calligraphy exhibition opened the twenty-eighth
HE Mohamed Ali Al Noman, Director General of Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority that the focus of the Emirate of Sharjah in Arabic calligraphy stems from the relevance of this art in the emirate and national identity and its Arab and Islamic world, where Sharjah translated this interest by hosting talent in the field of Arabic calligraphy from all States Arabic through an annual specialized exhibitions in order to maintain this art and glory and make it among the most important art that the emirate is seeking to revive it year after year, pointing out that this interest comes across the most important collectors of the presence of Arabic calligraphy in the world in the UAE within the corridors of specialized technical back for two decades.
Came during the inauguration of His Excellency Mohammed Ali Al Noman yesterday, the eighth annual exhibition of the twenty-line, organized by the Arab and the Emirates Fine Arts annually in the district headquarters of the Arts in Sharjah.

Al Noman added, “There is no doubt that the importance of Arabic calligraphy exhibition is to attract the calligraphers from different Arab countries and encourage them to preserve the art of calligraphy and fine art in Arabic letters, where he participated in this year’s 31 participants from various Arab countries, and also the exhibition included works of art a wonderful occasion of National Day of the State of Emirates, which gave 38 unique diversity rarely seen in lines of other nations.
This and ensure the development of trade and tourism in the Emirate of Sharjah on the sponsorship of various cultural events held in the Emirate of Sharjah on throughout the year and most prominent of these events for the Arts Biennial of Sharjah and Sharjah, heritage days and others for the strengthening of the role of these actors in the development of the tourism product of the Emirate of Sharjah and attract more tourists to it.
It is noteworthy that the Arabic Calligraphy Exhibition is held annually, organized by the Emirates Society of Fine Arts, the exhibition includes a selection of participating artists and talented, where the Assembly expanded the scope of participation and work Hruvijat Clasyat within participating under the banner of National Day, for this year’s event coincided with the celebrations of National Day 38 of the UAE.
