Center for Disease Control of America organizes a training course for food safety specialist at Dubai Municipality
As part of its effort to develop the skills of its staff and inform them of the best international practices in the area of food safety, Dubai Municipality, in coordination with OIE, WHO and Agriculture Committees of the United Nations in concert with the Center for Disease Control in the United States of America to organize a specialized training for a number of staff of the Department of Food Control and Food Laboratory Dubai Municipality and the environment and the strategic partners, “Dubai Police and Dubai Health Authority” to attend this session, which focuses on finding cases of food poisonings and monitoring of diseases transmitted by food.
This session presents four of the best people the world in this important area, which complements a food control, where he will brief the session on the Associates of the modern and sophisticated methods to investigate cases of food poisonings, and Khalid Mohammed Sharif Al Awadi, Director of Food Control Dubai Municipality said this session, which will be held between 28 to 2 March 2009 comes at a time when the municipality for the development of equipment for emergency response in all areas related to food safety in the emirate of Dubai.
On the other hand the Director of Food Control Department, the sponsors of this session will present a seminar specialized programs within the Dubai International Conference for the fifth food safety which will be held in the period between February 21 to 24, where the Committee of the Organization of the Conference should benefit from the presence of these experts and to spread the benefits to all who wish of specialists at the State and Territory in fact be found on the basis of cases of food poisonings and monitoring of diseases transmitted by food.
