Commission on professionalism in Dubai Sports Council, to discuss an action plan in 2009 and the organizational structure of clubs

7d1Committee adopted the professionalism and development of Dubai Sports Council in its work plan for 2009 which includes a number of projects and programs for work in the clubs of the professional development system, including the continuation of the program for a cultural shift from amateur to professional and students to the schools and the young players in the clubs.

As discussed by the Committee at its last meeting, chaired by Mohamed Kamali, Chairman of the Committee and a member of the Executive Office of Dubai Sports Council, the draft new organizational structure of the club after the declaration of Dubai business administrator of the football, which came after the Federal Law No. 7 of 2008 concerning the organization of the work of actors in the field of Youth Welfare and Sports, which allows the thirty-eighth article of the actors declared the introduction of professional and direct the activities of youth, sports and work related to management of companies and businesses establish and set up for this purpose.

It was stressed during the meeting should be turning the management of the football clubs and its transformation into commercial entities is both real and respond to the requirements of phase shift and not just a legal formality, and in this sense is a draft new organizational structure, which translates this trend.

The Committee also discussed at the meeting a number of topics related to supporting the work of trained people in the clubs and the players and the administrative discharge and the mechanism followed by the club on regular attendance at training and attendance according to the morning programs established by the club and the follow-up to the conduct of the players on the insurance approved by the Dubai Sports Council, was selected by global implementation since the beginning of the season.
The Committee recommended the formation of a working group comprising members of the Executive Office of Dubai Sports Council, and representatives of the professional development committee of the Council to develop a mechanism and a model for the management of human resources in technical clubs.
