Dubai Taxi launches medical awareness program with Novartis Pharmaceuticals for their employees and their drivers
Dubai Taxi Agency has launched an awareness program in cooperation with the medical company Novartis Adojpvi UAE throughout the year in order to increase health awareness among staff and drivers on both the pain and how to manage it.
Said Mr. Ammar bin Tamim, Director of the Department of fleet drivers in Dubai Taxi Agency: “In the framework of the Foundation’s strategy to raise the satisfaction drivers, which contributes to health education in the provision of service excellence, the Foundation in coordination with Novartis for the organization of an integrated health program includes a number of awareness-raising workshops and practical exercises and theory for drivers and staff to educate them on various types of back pain and headaches from migraine headaches, fatigue and exhaustion.
He added: organizes awareness-raising workshops for one day of each month at the Foundation in cooperation with the Center for Training and qualification of drivers in the management of fleet drivers, and for one hour where we can increase the time based on the utilization of this program and increasing the turnout of staff and drivers.
He added that the Foundation seeks to provide all ways and means and the services provided to its employees in general and in particular valuation drivers for their Had to achieve the highest standards of service from the ideal vision of the RTA to achieve “safe and smooth transport for all,” and their contributions to promote the work of the Commission and the institution and enhancing its image in the community .
For his part, Dr. Ibrahim’s mind representative of Novartis Pharmaceuticals in the UAE, we are happy to cooperate with Dubai Taxi Agency to launch this medical awareness program throughout the year to all staff and drivers, which aims to increase awareness and health education for the pain and tiredness and fatigue and the risks and health problems caused by them.
And Mohamed Ibrahim Zkralcanuto medical consultant in the Middle East, Novartis said the company is committed to providing all publications and educational materials and education necessary for these workshops to ensure the delivery of awareness and understanding of the right messages and make the most of this health program. He emphasized that this program will be evaluated at the end to measure the success and the addition of any amendments or observations to be applied in similar programs thus developing and improving the health projects of the company.
And went on the medical consultant in Novartis, saying: Novartis looking for more cooperation and coordination with the Dubai Taxi Agency in the future to organize such programs and awareness-raising workshops.
