Dubai’s Department of tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) welcomed Silver Whisper the American cruise liner which is making a round of the Arabian Gulf with a grand reception at the Dubai Cruise Terminal in Port Rashid on 13th October, 2008.

The cruise ship had 353 passengers on board from which 316 were disembarking for Dubai and 316 were embarking for the onward journey of the ship to Abu Dhabi.
